- Humans in goblin occupied lands are serfs and slaves working under tyrannic rule
- There are tales of lands in the south, and also in the west, but very few consider them nothing more than stories. Nobody knows about northern or eastern human empires, and there are no widely known tales about them.
- Humans of Icordia give praise to the Raven Queen, goddess of Death and afterlife.
- Humans in the occupied lands are made to worship Bane, god of warfare and conquest, but they have secret cults dedicated to Avandra and Bahamut.
- Half-elves are very rare in the whole world, and most live with the elves, though few wander around Icordia or fight in the rebel forces of the occupied lands.

- Of all the civilized races, humans are the most adaptable and diverse. Human settlements can be found almost anywhere, and human morals, customs, and interests vary greatly.

- Dilettante: At 1st level, you choose a 1st-level at-will attack power from a class different from yours. You can use that power as an encounter power.
- Dual Heritage: You can take feats that have either elf or human as a prerequisite (as well as those specifically for half-elves), as long as you meet any other requirements.
- Group Diplomacy: You grant allies within 10 squares of you a +1 racial bonus to Diplomacy checks.
Descended from both elves and humans, half-elves are a handsome race in whom the best features of each people often appear.
